He Was the One We Had Been Waiting For

Apart from Paruyr Sevak, no one else will answer who Paruyr Sevak was.
...Shakespeare takes over life
With its tragic dramas...
And we, you and I... play art,
And... with such conviction,
Which Cervantes's hero didn't have either.
Paruyr Sevak was the incarnate fight for a serious and complete, pure and charged speech, and the incarnate alarm of the collapse of which we were all witnesses and victims.
He knew that the defiled word, the defiled idea, like a wounded beast, would take revenge, and with a call and an exhortation and a whip, he dragged us all to the springs of free, pure, complete, living speech.
After Charents and before Marques, after Charents, before Marques and with his strong group of pro-unionists of the Great Meltdown, he was the realist among us of the truth that the surest way to kill a person, the country, and socialism is bad literature.
From the beginning, it was not the idle stylization of the Bible for him, but the faithful undertaking of the mission of the great word, which was created thousands of years before us and by the pen of evangelists, Christ the god and led whole peoples and eras with Christ the god, and one thousand years before us, with the hand of the great Ferdowso, he recorded that word-creating mission. "Through thirty years of effort, I revived the Persian language and Iran was born from my Persian language."
Paruyr's saved effort was full of that awareness of his and his word, our word and all of us, and he was able to save us all. with his entrance, through his fifteen-year-old whirlwind hole, rushing into every house and soul like a spring wind, he said the word, the expectation of all of us from the word, the image of the past, the present, the future in our word, he said the image of our god at the head of our march - he, or the pioneer in his work, with his presence that disturbs us and does not stop us, we all made culture a component of the common life.
It happened that way, because it is a sure belief in each and every one of us that the defeat of countries and armies is preceded by the defeat of their cultures. as the believers of Muhammad plunge the culturally powerful nations into the uncultured-infidel mass, and defeat - no defeat, massacre - is inevitable.
Paruyr was the epitome of a deep understanding of this reality.
He was a waiting boy. In no other case has the world of the Armenian language suddenly grown into a great hall breathing with love and dignified pride, as it did with his entrance.
There was the great Saryan, there was the great Khachatryan, there was the great Saroyan, there was Baghramyan and there were others, but he was the person who was expected - he was the one to gather all of them and many others of his own and other nationalities around him in the hope of preventing the great collapse before the great collapse.
He was loved, he was adored for the rest of his life, he became a part of the spiritual world of each and every one of us. In no other case have any of us left behind such a huge procession of mourners. He created himself beyond our expectations and became the integral part of life for today.
His living presence at the age of seventy-five would only increase the ranks of the upright, the tall, the indomitable, which exist today with the tireless efforts of the forty-seven-year-old Sevak.
