We will always have a homeland

The traces of history that have come down to us point to the same characteristics of the nature of the Armenian man, which is in front of our eyes today with all its sounds and colors.
The Armenian man of Xenophon's time and the Armenian man of today are the same man, our character has not changed, our character has not changed. And we are a beautiful people. We were beautiful in Xenophon's time, we are beautiful today. History has neglected us, robbed us, but we have remained an optimistic people, a people striving for great politics, for LIGHT.
We were on the shore of Sagamo Lake with Meruzhan Ter-Gulanyan. We are watching from afar. by the wall of an old, ruined building, wearing the cutest clothes, wearing a rainbow skirt, a girl, maybe six or seven years old, was clapping her hands, twirling herself. From the rhythms, we understood that it is one of the outdoor dances. Then he did all his looks, the dance became Armenian. He was dancing for himself. Then let's see if he has his audience, the boy standing on the stone. Then the calf raised its head once, turned its ears to the girl, then... the child ran away. The older sister, who is two years older, had waved her finger behind the back to preserve the rustic, Armenian morality, saying that you can't be so flirtatious, there are people watching, it's a shame... The child ran away.
It is the epitome of beauty to me. The child was dressed in the cutest clothes for anyone, in the square he was not in, he saw himself in the big hall, observing the rules of the dance, not bypassing it. To the light, to the song, to the great civilization, to the great world, that dance was his aspiration, he himself was that aspiration. This is my people, the independent, self-sufficient beauty of my people, the behavior that is the same both in private and among people.
We saw only one person born in the Lori mountains, he was over 80 years old. The talk was about things far from me and books, not about Shakespeare in any case. The man got up once again, saying Tumanyan, he left. He was there and not there, he was in the mountains, near the sheep and at the same time in the world of poetry, he was having his conversation with the universe. We have always been like that, and this is indestructible, it doesn't break, it doesn't get crushed, we don't lose a moment. We are unique.
We live in the world of our imaginations. our death, our life, our day, our love, our romances, everything happens in the world of our imaginations. That child of Salamo was in the world of his imagination, that old man of Lorva mountains was in the world of his imagination, the world of poetry.
...I would wish all Armenians living in the world to live in mansions with gardens, free, secure, in the procession of the peoples of the world, with the trust of the sovereign, because it is not only because of the enemy's delusion that we have been saved, but also because of our confidence to live in the world.
There has been nothing in the fate of our people that was the result of the mistake of an individual, and we turned to that individual, to yesterday or today, and cursed. It was what was going to be. It will be as it will be, we will last, we will always want to have a homeland, we will always have a homeland. And it is the enemy who will give us a homeland, and it is the enemy who will caress the eternity of our homeland, otherwise we will become explosive in its process, a bomb that cannot promise that it will not explode one day. And we exist as Armenians and Armenian songs in the enemy's expectations.
