affirming the right of his people to participate in the work of today's and tomorrow's world-making won by history and separating and banishing violence from the one and the same march of peoples,

This cannot help but satisfy all Armenians, a wave of warm satisfaction cannot but ripple across the surface of all Armenians in the diaspora world and here in the homeland of Armenia, just as indignation cannot but cloud the minds and hearts of all of us, if, perhaps, that decision of the parliament, turning away from the deaf wall of the unity of the interests of France-Turkey, Turkey-World, World-France, returns to the parliamentary hall and remains as a two-hour press conference of that country. about the greatness, about our Armenians, about civilization in general, about entering the third millennium freed from old sins.
In any case, those two hours, those two pages of the history of the Parliament are significant for us. the contemporary chronicle of our Armenian life states that we are called to identity, that is, we stand before our history and future with a completely different, non-contemplative attitude.
