The constitution is necessary because things are happening before my eyes that are bringing the republic to a catastrophic state and no one is answering for them. In the end, the constitution will bring the officials to order. It is impossible to imagine an isolated republic where we would only have our own Constitution and implement it. This is in step with the progress of the peoples, it is in step with Russia and European countries.
The hope was initially based on man's innate tendency to be moral. it's on that again, but the unrestrainedness, a kind of anguished atmosphere, the state of mind imposed on this people things that I should not want to see. Of course, not by my will, but it was possible not to make the Constitution, let the law be, because we are all responsible before the law, from the president to the last citizen. I am not afraid of the law. I am afraid of my brother, I am afraid of everyone, but I am not afraid of the written law.
Of course, laws rule the world. I said and the fire fell, well come and prove how laws rule the world...
Laws rule the world, unwritten and written laws. Unwritten laws rule the world, written laws reveal and demonstrate many unwritten laws, until life, human reason tries to turn moral norms that have arisen independently into law and establish them. The criterion is the small gap between written laws and unwritten laws. I think our Constitution is there.
We will not leave an ignorant document behind us. The moral charge of the people is so great, however, that somehow it will get out of all this, even at the cost of some losses.
The Constitution, by its very meaning, is a necessity so that political passions do not flare up far away from us, nor that the forces ruling over us cannot push for civil conflicts and upheavals. So much so, I think it should be right that our life should be put in some order by the Constitution. In a classical democratic republic, some Armenian national version will emerge, however, the country must be saved from disasters, there must be a right, if the devil has tempted me, there must be a right to hold my hand and cross my hand...
Country, Nation, State, Land, Man and Structure - this is the Constitution after all, and this is what we need to cross the road and get there.
